Our Pre-Purchase option sees humii shoppers analysing the first three dimensions of your online experience. They'll cover everything about your online store right up until checkout, without making any purchases.
Pre + Post-Purchase looks at the entire online shopping experience. Shoppers will convert through the online store, checkout, have the item delivered, open it, return and interact with post-purchase support and loyalty programs.
For the majority of online retailers we recommend the Pre + Post-Purchase option. However if your store sells consumable goods (such as grocery or liquor), big & bulky items (such as furniture or whitegoods), or you'd simply prefer not to incur the additional overhead of shoppers purchasing and returning items, Pre-Purchase might be the right choice for you.
